Partner Services is charged with the responsibility to ensure compliant administration and management of FFEL programs through partnership with guaranty agencies, servicers, trustees, secondary markets, and financial institutions by providing oversight, technical assistance, customer service, and program evaluation. Ongoing duties include overseeing trending and program data review, manage the Electronic Records Management project, issue and maintain cohort default rates for guaranty agencies and lenders, monitor and review external and internal audit activities including OIG, GAO, A-133 (single and statewide) reports, complete FOIA and Privacy Act requests. Special activities include coordinate data requests from NSLDS and FMS, compile and analyze data submitted on Annual Report Forms 2000 as well as with Forms 2000 process guidance, and participate in Data Mart and PEPS management and training.
