GA Forms and Reports
There are 36 active guarantors participating in FFEL programs. Guaranty Agencies(GAs) now using the Guaranty Agency Financial Report (Form 2000) to report collection activities, claims reimbursement, and loan portfolio status.
FSA provides roughly $2 Billion in payments per year.
Please be advised that FSA is developing a digital signature function. Until this function is available, however, you must MAIL an 'Organization Participation Agreement' [Word - 5 pages] to the below address. This agreement will be valid for two years upon approval by Department staff.

ED Form 1130: Guaranty Agency Quarterly/Annual Report (submitted to ED quarterly)
The Guaranty Agency Quarterly/Annual Report (ED Form 1130) was submitted by each participating guaranty agency (GA) on both a quarterly and annual basis. The collection of this information was necessary so that the Department of Education could determine if a guaranty agency was properly administering the loan programs under the FFEL Program.
