About Us Financial Partners is one of the channels in FSA which is dedicated to working with the FFEL program community. Our services include program oversight, technical assistance, financial transactions, reporting, technology, project management, performance measures, and partner relations through our five offices in New York, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington DC. Our efforts enable partners in the FFEL community to provide access for students, default aversion, program compliance, and innovations in program management and performance measurement.
